Hi, I’m Rev. Dr. Lael C. Melville.

I’m the Founder and CEO of While You Wait Ministries, a Christ-centered ministry helping women navigate seasons of waiting, uncertainty, transition, and delay. As a ministry leader, teacher, speaker, and mentor, I’m passionate about helping women deepen their faith, discover purpose in the pause, and trust God while they wait.

My journey has been shaped by faith, leadership, service, and seasons of waiting of my own. Through biblical teaching, prayer, mentorship, speaking, and community, I help women move through uncertainty with hope, wisdom, and practical tools for the journey.
