“Pour out your heart before Him.”
I want you to read that again. Slowly. Because that is not a suggestion. It is an invitation from God Himself.
Healing is not silent. It is expressed. And listen, God is not overwhelmed by your words. He welcomes them. He can hold what you have been holding alone. When you learn to say what you actually feel, you allow Him to meet you in places that have been waiting on your honesty.
You are not too much. Your voice is not a burden. It matters in your healing. So pour it out. He is right here.
“Pour out your heart before Him…” Psalm 62:8
Father, teach me to pour out my heart without fear or restraint. Meet me in every word. Amen.
