We made it to Friday, and I want to leave you with this.
Silence can protect you for a season. I know that. Sometimes silence is wisdom. But silence cannot heal you forever. At some point, your voice becomes necessary. Not to explain everything. Not to have it all figured out. Just to begin.
God honors your willingness to speak. He is not waiting on perfect words. He is waiting on honest ones. Healing is not about saying it right. It is about showing up and saying it real. When you use your voice, you step into freedom you have been waiting on for a long time.
Use it, sister. Even if it shakes.
“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
— 2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV)
Father, give me the courage to use my voice. Let truth lead me into freedom. Amen.
Say one thing today that reflects your truth.
Prayer & Perspective gives you five minutes a day. The Companion Journal gives you a place to hold onto what those minutes stir up.
