The HOPErs Leadership Circle

Led by Rev. Dr. Lael C. Melville, the Mentorship Circle is a high-level, hybrid program designed for women seeking purposeful growth and leadership support. It combines both online and in-person experiences with fewer touchpoints for deeper focus and balance.

Participants meet 4–6 times online and twice in person — at the beginning and end — for connection, reflection, and celebration. Each online session includes short teaching, guided coaching, and group support.
