Peace isn’t found by controlling every circumstance. It is found by trusting the God who is present in every circumstance. Our hearts become restless when our attention is scattered. We worry about tomorrow, replay yesterday, and miss the grace God is providing today. Isaiah reminds us that peace is connected to where we fix our minds. The more we focus on God’s character instead of our circumstances, the steadier our hearts become. Protecting your peace may mean turning off the noise, limiting unnecessary distractions, choosing forgiveness, or creating quiet moments to be with God. Peace is not passive. It is something we intentionally cultivate as we place our trust in Him.
“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.”
Isaiah 26:3 (NIV)
Father,
Thank You for being my source of peace.Help me keep my mind fixed on You instead of my fears. Teach me to protect the peace You’ve placed within me so I can live with confidence and joy.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Create ten uninterrupted minutes today to sit quietly with God.
Turn off the noise, put away the distractions, and let His presence become the loudest voice in your life.
When you’re finished, consider sharing one practice that helps you experience God’s peace. Your answer may encourage another woman who needs that reminder today.
Prayer & Perspective is even more meaningful when we experience it together.
