Hey friend,

As we close this month together, I want to leave you with this truth:

Help is holy because people matter to God.

Not just productive people.
Not just strong people.
Not just healed people.

People.

Tired people. Hopeful people. Grieving people. Waiting people. Caregivers. Leaders. Parents. Friends. Quiet people carrying invisible burdens. People trying to hold on while life feels uncertain.

God cares deeply about people.

That is why support matters.
That is why kindness matters.
That is why encouragement matters.
That is why showing up matters.

And honestly, I think one of the enemy’s greatest strategies is convincing people they are alone, unseen, unsupported, or unworthy of care.

But isolation is not God’s heart for us.

Again and again, scripture points us back toward community, compassion, encouragement, generosity, prayer, presence, and love in action. God designed us to strengthen one another while we walk through life together.

Which means this month was never only about needing help.

It was also about becoming the kind of person who helps carry hope for others too.

The friend who checks in.
The person who notices.
The encourager.
The safe space.
The prayer warrior.
The calm voice.
The steady presence.

Friend, do not underestimate how powerful simple support can be in a hurting world.

A lot of people are still standing because somebody loved them consistently through a hard season.

And maybe part of your purpose is helping somebody else keep standing too.

Help is holy because people matter to God.

And so do you.

Tomorrow we step into a new month. New days, new opportunities, and the same faithful God who has been with you through every moment of June. Stay steady, friend. He is not done yet.

“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Father, thank You for every person who has helped carry me through difficult seasons. Help me become a source of encouragement, peace, and support for others too. And as I step into a new month, remind me that You are still at work, still faithful, and still for me. Amen.

Before today ends, intentionally encourage someone who may need reminding that they are not alone.

June may be closing, but the HOPErs community shows up every single day. If you need a place to land as you step into July, come sit with us. We would love to walk the next season with you.
